We are very pleased to invite you to the joint meeting of INoEA, PAAFIS and the Aerodigestive Society to be held in Istanbul Turkey from 30 April to 3 May 2025. The meeting will be hosted by the Turkish Pediatric Surgery Association (TAPS). Esophageal atresia, a rare disease, poses both research and clinical challenges. Professionals working in the field of esophageal atresia from around the world have been gathering at INoEA conferences for over a decade. These meetings had a major impact on understanding the disease process, promoting scientific knowledge and collaboration, and therefore improving patient care.
PAAFIS is an interdisciplinary forum covering foregut disease from birth to adulthood, focusing on congenital and acquired disorders involving all organs derived from the embryological foregut. The Aerodigestive Society is concerned with the understanding and care of the multifaceted problems of aerodigestive patients whose disease begins in childhood. Our meeting in Istanbul will begin with multiple workshops throughout the day, followed by a day of PAAFIS and Aerodigestive Society meetings in parallel sessions.
A single joint meeting will be held in the last two days and will be devoted to covering all aspects of INoEA's core topic: esophageal atresia. We are working for a prestigious international conference that will host many distinguished experts in the fields of pediatric surgery, gastroenterology, neonatology, pulmonology, otolaryngology, basic sciences, nutrition, occupational and speech therapy.
As the Turkish Esophageal Atresia Child and Family Support Association (TROAD), a member of the Esophageal Atresia and Tracheo-esophageal Fistula Federation (EAT), we will share our knowledge and experience and mutually help raise the awareness of patients worldwide about the condition.
Delegates will witness and participate in cutting-edge conferences, symposiums and workshops over four days.
